Kate has a special passion for creating themed brunches, where staff enthusiasm shines through with costumes and music, making the events unforgettable for guests. Her belief is that eggs taste better with ‘80s hair band tunes.

A fan of the Black Lamb burger, Kate also recommends trying the Gimlet or the Rose Mojito, both of which she finds delightful. She especially enjoys the late summer and early autumn, when patios are still bustling, the neighborhood is lively, and the weather is perfect for dining al fresco.
